This Back Bay Brownstone…
…was ready for a whole-home refresh, including the addition of a third floor retreat area. The kitchen was carefully designed to be highly functional, make the most of its tiny footprint, conceal modern mechanical systems and integrate seamlessly into the new family room. The primary bedroom and ensuite bath was redesigned to create space the clients never knew they had. Millwork in the gracious entry hall in the form of an armoire cleverly hides children's backpacks and schoolbooks.
